Justin Damis
Director of Operations
Justin helps guide the team's operational strategy, systems development, and EOS integration. Justin's career spans technology, data, ecommerce, telecommunications, and logistics, and he works closely with colleagues across the organization to turn vision into processes. His day-to-day effort improves alignment and makes sure every team member has the clarity and support they need to do meaningful work.
Outside of work, Justin is a proud girl dad who carries his values of empathy, authenticity, and integrity into both parenting and leadership. His love for the outdoors began in Boy Scouts, and he still finds peace in hiking, camping, and kayaking whenever he can step back into nature.
He's also an avid fan of anything that sparks creativity or thoughtful problem-solving. Justin is currently working on a fantasy novel and has been immersed in the genre for as long as he can remember.
