Job Summary: As a Copywriter & Content Specialist at Stratovation Group LLC, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ communication strategies and marketing campaigns. This position involves crafting compelling copy across various mediums, including press releases, long-form content, web copy, TV and radio scripts, and advertising materials. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in agricultural communications, including prior agency experience. Successful candidates would be able to showcase a multitude of successful campaigns in-market and share a developed portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting: Develop clear and persuasive copy for a variety of communication materials, including PR, web content, TV and radio scripts, and advertising collateral.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative long-form content that resonates with target audiences, aligning with client objectives.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the campaign development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Agricultural Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of the agricultural industry to provide valuable insights and craft content that speaks to the specific needs and interests of our agricultural clients.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all copy is error-free, grammatically correct, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their communication needs, objectives, and messaging preferences.
  • Hybrid Work: Maintain a hybrid work schedule, with a weekly presence in Powell, Ohio, for collaboration and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications, marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of professional copywriting and content creation experience, with prior agency experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse copywriting skills and successful campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of the agricultural industry and the ability to communicate complex agricultural concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at Stratovation Group LLC. In this role, you will provide critical support to one of our top clients in the agricultural sector, Meristem Crop Performance, by coordinating marketing and product management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for driving innovation and growth for this critical client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Work closely with Meristem Crop Performance (client) and the Stratovation Group teamto understand Meristem’s marketing and product management needs. Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate marketing and product management projects for Meristem Crop Performance, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and within established timelines.
  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote agricultural products and services. This includes market research, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage product portfolios effectively, including product launches, and lifecycle management.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to marketing and product performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between client teams, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a project management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agricultural communication, business, or a related field.
  • Proven project management or coordination experience, preferably in the agricultural sector. Any project management certification (i.e. PMP) is desired but not required.  
  • Strong understanding of agricultural marketing and product management concepts.
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for innovation and growth in the agricultural industry.
