Stratovation Group Welcomes Two Summer Interns: Philip Eviston and Christian Born
Stratovation Group is thrilled to announce the addition of two new members to our team, our summer interns: Philip Eviston and Christian Born. Philip and Christian bring fresh insights and unique perspectives to our team and are already making an impact on the work we do for our clients. They will have a hand in marketing efforts, research projects, and everything in between. We look forward to watching them grow throughout the summer.
Get to know them in their own words:
Philip Eviston
My name is Philip Eviston, and I am a Summer 2024 Intern for Stratovation Group! I am from the Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul Area in Minnesota. My passions and interests surround marketing, and this Summer I am excited to see how I can expand my skills in marketing through real-world experiences and opportunities with Stratovation Group. This Summer, I look forward to learning about social media management, utilizing data for marketing efforts, and improving my writing skills.
This fall, I will be a Sophomore at Boston University studying Advertising. Outside of the classroom, I continue to pursue my interests in marketing through my involvement with Boston University’s Marketing Association and the Entrepreneur’s Club. Furthermore, I created a podcast series titled “Collegepreneur.” Each episode, I interview college student startup founders about their startup journey. In Boston, I enjoy eating fresh seafood, meeting new friends, and learning about the historic city everywhere I go.
I am looking forward to what the summer holds with Stratovation Group!
Christian Born
Hello my name is Christian Born and I am an intern for StratovationGroup this summer. I am from a small town in southern Minnesota but go to school at the University of South Dakota. I am majoring in Business administration and will be a junior this fall. I am choosing to major in business because I believe that the possibilities are endless within the business world. My goal for this internship is to gain as much knowledge as I can about both the internal and external workings of a business as well as get exposure to different potential career paths.
At college I enjoy doing many things and am Involved in a few different organizations. The two main organizations I put my time towards are Coyote Capital Management and Dakotathon. Coyote Capital management is a group of finance/business majors that get to use some of the Universities money to invest which is cool to learn about as well as fun to do. Dakotathon is an annual fundraiser for the Childrens Miracle Network, it is a 24 hour event where we try to raise as much money as possible by doing different things such as a marathon, dunk tanks, and an assortment of other fund raising activities. Outside of that I love playing sports and am on a number of different club teams including basketball and soccer.
I am excited to be a part of the Stratovation team this summer!
